Beautiful Cabin w/ spa. 20 min. From downtown Chattanooga!
Convenient to everything.... but a million miles away. Sparrows nest is located just 20 minutes from downtown Chattanooga! This 2 bedroom 1 bath cabin is located next to Prentice Cooper State Forest near Signal Mountain and The Tennessee River.
Completed at the close of the summer of 2016, this cabin is complete with a full kitchen, living room, spacious bathroom, a queen bedroom and children's room with two twin beds. It also boast a private patio w/ hot tub, fire pit and outdoor eating for 4-6 located behind the cabin. This cabin backs up to Prentice Cooper WMA.
A spacious front porch provides the perfect spot for watching the morning mist descend upon the valley with a fresh cup of coffee in hand. Nicely appointed rooms, high ceilings and exposed beam work create a rustic retreat you will not want to leave! This cabin sleeps two adults and two children very comfortable. There is additional sleeping to accommodate guest (2) on the fold out sofa in the living room for up to 6 guest total.
WE DO NOT ALLOW DOGS AT THIS LISTING under any circumstances. This includes service dogs.
Rates are based on an occupancy of 4 persons. Additional charge of $15 per additional guest per night apply.
No Smoking, Vaping or illicit drug use, some of these items leave smells that are near impossible to remove. Your deposit will be withheld if use is detected.

We have been blessed to deal with wonderful guest over the past 10 years.
Unfortunately we have dealt with a few entitled and demanding guest over the course of time as well.
We thought it would be best to communicate this in advance of your stay. We are more than happy to host you and as always will go above and beyond to ensure your stay is wonderful. Just read our reviews! However if you are the type that cannot be satisfied, then we simply ask that you consider renting elsewhere. We’re not your average push overs :-)
