“I liked nothing. I walked into room stains on bedding spots.i walked out found nd other hotel. No refund of money.”

“Aurora Inn is a very historic hotel in the heart of Cleveland. We loved staying here when visiting family in the area. There's a beautiful Tavern with outdoor deck. We loved having the indoor swimming pool, sauna and outdoor deck chairs to relax. I'd recommend staying here an using the Expedia site to book. I saved over $100/night using Expedia site.”

“No coffee pot floor was bad shape not enough towels nothing was appealing we slept on the Bedspread people making noise outside our room at 11 pm I was very uneasy but my daughter said not to worry she had a teaser That is no way stay at a motel Would not recommend this motel Pictures shown are not what we saw when we Entered the room”

“The room smelled like cigarette smoke. The linen was stained, there was corrosion on the lamps and counters were covered with stained or nail polish. Multiple light bulbs were out. The toilet seat was not broken. The dead bolt would not retract and so the door would not shut when I tried to checkout. I had to just leave the door. I told the staff. Excellent location! I just needed a clean room so the amenities weren’t important to me. However, this location needs a SERIOUS renovation or please……

“Great historical stay!!! Amazing history of the mansion!!! Staff was very friendly and helpful! Cleanest rooms ever!!! Wonderful front porch with rocking chairs!!! Highly recommend a stay at Steele Mansion!!!”

“The wallpaper was peeling in the room and hallways. The hallways were dark and not air conditioned. Everything was old and in need of repair. The restaurant wasn't open and the breakfast was a small pastry in a to-go box. The pool was freezing and cloudy. The TV was very small and not streaming services adaptable. There is also no microwave in the rooms. I was there two nights and never saw house keeping. Aurora is a nice neighborhood, this hotel might have been nice 20 years ago but not now.”

“The room was clean, but the let out couch was dated and looked dusty. The staff at front desk, dining area(Sundays Staff), and the staff cleaning the rooms were friendly, however, the staff who freshened up room 416 Saturday July 11th did not do good of tidying it up. She put fresh towels in and half-way made the two beds no vaccum, and no sweeping. Breakfast was normal nothing that stands out, parking was great. On Saturday the pool area did not have any towels but when I let the front desk……
