Stay at Bayview Drive

House was spacious, clean, and located at an amazing location We especially enjoyed the scenery from the dinning area and appreciate the bed linens and towels. Restaurants and beach were easy access. Our family had a great time and would definitely go back again

Quiet, relaxing and beautiful view!

This property was stunning, spacious, and very clean. The views and sunsets were gorgeous. The house is set back from the beach which made for less traffic and easy to relax. This property is very well maintained, we had not one issue or need to call the management company. We had a great stay, and would stay at this location again!

Vacation With the Family

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, it was good. Here are the things that need improvement. There were ants in the kitchen to the left of the sink when you are facing the sink. Lots of ants. This gave us a a feeling that the place is not clean. It also ruined us cooking meals at the house. This issue definitely needs to be addressed.Additionally, the place did not feel like it had a good cleaning by the crew you use. There was sand on the floors and the half bathroom on the second floor smelled. The grill that was provided was not clean. Someone should address this after each rental. The lock box for the key was not working. This delayed our entrance into the house. This should be corrected. Because of the ants and the feeling like the place was not clean enough, we have not decided to immediately rebook the house for next year. The location was good. We like the view.

Great views, beautiful house

There was plenty of room for the 8 adults in our party. The only downside was the recycling center next store that opens at 7 daily.

Fun, cozy meet-up

We were all happy with the house & enjoyed our time together! There were a few negatives I would be remiss, if I didn't mention; ie, ice maker didn't work, so we had to purchase ice several times, did not cook our lamb chops on the outside grill, as preferred, due to it's dirty state, finally, one key provided for six guests was definitely a challenge we could have skipped!! Property manager was made aware of the ice maker issue, NO response from them!

Beach vacation

This property was very nice and the property managers were helpful. However, the cleaning company did not get there until 3:40 when check in was at 4:00 pm. We had plans to be out which delayed us as they were still in the house way past check-in. Unfortunately out of the owners control we got a week where there were a lot of green head flies and mosquitoes. The house overall was nice and had everything we needed. They did say that there would be hotel style toiletries in each bathroom which there were not provided and they did not refill any of the hand soaps. They give you one roll of paper towels so thankfully we brought extras. Also it says to bring extra pillows if you need them. I would bring your own pillows as they only provide the pillows that are covered with shams on the bed and this was not clear in the listing.

The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. The living space is great! Love the fireplace in the winter. My favorite thing about the house is the view. 2 sliders off the kitchen and living room which has the most gorgeous view! Clean, nice bathrooms, beds are comfortable. Great place to stay!!

Great bayfront rental

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Wildwood Crest. Great views of the bay from the balcony, nice quiet neighborhood (really didn't mind the recycling center close by). Condo was fantastic, lots of room, well appointed kitchen, very comfortable beds. Highly recommend staying here and will almost certainly rent this again in the future.

The beds are very comfortable after long days in the sun and the kitchen very well equipped for big meals together. One thing it might be helpful to know is in order for it to be comfortable on the second floor the air conditioning had to be turned down which made the first floor where several bedrooms are pretty chilly. Pack some socks and a robe or extra blankets. Otherwise, this was a true five star vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family really needed a retreat from NYC where we have been homeschooling and working from home with 5 people in a 2 BR apartment. This was the perfect place for what we wanted. The weather was cold and windy but the house was warm and comfortable. The fireplace was great! Personally, Wildwood is a little crazy for my taste but this house puts you right on the edge of town with amazing sunsets and as secluded as you can get within walking distance of the beach, which is about 10 minutes. The recycling facility IS next door but it appeared to be used 1 day of our 4 day stay and was a very minor inconvenience. The house is new, clean and well equipped. I did call the property manager twice and they answered ad were polite and helpful. The street out front is very quiet so my son and I were able to play some street hockey and do some skateboarding. If not for the unfortunate cold weather, it would have been the perfect stay.

There was plenty of space, plenty of bathrooms, the living room/kitchen area is amazing...you can’t beat that view of the bay! The kitchen had everything we needed and a laundry room if you choose to use it...we did! My family and I were looking for a cozy get away over New Years and this was the perfect place. We had the fire place lit every night, we were able to walk to the beach and it’s a quick drive to Cape May. Alex was great with answering any questions I had. We would definitely rent again!

Beautiful home-deceiving location

The house was clean and new. We were surprised that the information on VRBO, was not as accurate as it should have been. The home has bay views, but it is directly next door to a recycling center that has ongoing construction going on. We literally had to take a detour to arrive at the home. Also one of the reasons we rented this home was for the fireplace, which was not working when we arrived, and wasn’t fixed until 24 hours later. When I contacted the property manager, I was told I had to write an email to the “Powers Group”, before they could come and fix it. I also had written to them a week before we arrived with a few questions, and never received a reply. Hopefully they will have better communication in the future. It is a beautiful home, but expensive, especially since it is next to a dumping site.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: During a time of uncertainty our family's stay in Wildwood Crest was an escape dethe reality of our times. The property was gorgeous and the support from the Powers Group was unsurpassed. They were extremely communicative during the reservation and planning process and frankly we didn't need to contact them during our stay because the house was perfect! The location provides incredible views and convenient access to the beach. We only hope we have the opportunity to visit again!
