This home looks like a brand new showplace with an unmatched attention to detail. There is a master suite, junior suite, two additional bedrooms and a large full bathroom just off the hall. The gourmet kitchen features a tiled floor, plenty of cabinets, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, a custom tile back splash, and ample over head lighting with custom pendants above the bar area. The dining area comfortable seats eight. 2”custom wood blinds are featured on the windows and there is a fireplace for those cozy winter nights at the shore. This room is very bright because it is on the west end and has large windows offering an expansive Westerly and Southern view.

Booking your Vacation rental through us can help ease the process of booking Summer reservations and save you money. All of our reservations have an amenities package included in the cost of stay. This includes bedsheets for all beds, towels (bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths), toilet paper for each bathroom, and paper towels. Tenants will need to bring Extra Pillows and Blankets, Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Additional Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Throw Pillows and Bedspreads are provided. Additional Linen and Beach Equipment Rentals are available through Beach Home Cleanings, LLC

Once a reservation is confirmed on our end, your actual payment is taken, reservation confirmation sent, and lease is generated. Once the lease is signed by both the property owner and tenant, then your reservation is final.

The Powers Group Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy: Any payments put towards a reservation total are refundable, minus fees, once the dates have rebooked at the original rate.
