I have been staying at the Beach Terrace for 15 years. I love the accomodations and Staff. The same Man at the front desk as long as I have been staying there!! We Love the Beach Terrace!!!

We loved the spacious room and the balcony with a view of the ocean and boardwalk. Location was very good. Front desk was helpful. This was a great value for our family with a kitchen, 3 beds in 2 rooms, lots of space for hanging clothes and wet items. Had a great parking spot. Close to the boardwalk.

The place was good considering how inexpensive it was. Very spacious rooms. But there was hardly ever anyone at the front desk, the rooms where very outdated, our fridge was dirty when we went in, and the towels are so small and look like they haven’t been changed out in years. Would go back if I needed a cheap place to stay but nothing glorious. It was so close to other hotels, food, and right near the boardwalk which was convenient

Needs alot of updating, had problems with the toilet not flushing, TV didn’t work, tub didn’t drain well, and the towels were super small only my daughter could use them. Location is perfect, pool was great. Staff was nice.

I love this hotel.. it’s the only place I stay when I come to wildwood.. they are flexible and for a family with kids they have the perfect set up! Across from the boardwalk and beach it can’t be any better and you can’t beat the views.

Awful stay, the room smelled like a skunk. There was only 1 bath towel, and when it was time for bed there were no pillows. They only had the matching pillow cases covers of the bed spread. Ended up leaving at midnight and went and got another room

Place is trash, if you book this ask to see the room before checking in so you can possibly still get a refund..I stay in bad motels somewhat often on short trips just for a bed to sleep on and a shower to use..I booked this for that purpose but not even I could stay in here..stains all over the room including the sheets and pillow cases..the room was incredibly musty, dusty and crusty if you know what I mean..the vents were covered with a thick coat of dust as well which is incredibly bad..i could tell the pictures advertised were way old..I saw the room and checked right out and found another place..they know this place is trash and do not offer any sort of refunds for this exact reason..

We stayed here in 2017, 2018, 2019 and now again in 2026. Absolutely nothing has changed, other than the attached restaurant was no longer open. This place may not have fancy updates but it has absolutely everything you need at reasonable prices, and in walking distance to the boardwalk!

We had a 2 bedroom ocean view room with balcony. Very clean. The pool and hot tub were cleaned every morning. The towels could use an upgrade and one of the two hot tubs was not operating. I would've given 5 stars except for those two amenities. Love the staff. Both the front desk and housekeeping couldn't be any nicer. I love the location. Just far enough away from all the crowds, just close enough for the boardwalk/pier nights. You are 1/2 block from the boardwalk.

Very run down hotel, very dated. The owners need to invest in the property upkeep and quality of the towels and bedding as well as supplies in the rooms with kitchens, we had no forks or spoons and only a couple knives. Cleanliness is an issue, I’m not sure if it’s lack of staff and their time but the whole property could be cleaner and kept up better. The housekeeping staff are doing the best they can with what they have. It is not the quality of their work, our housekeeper was so sweet and working hard, it is the owners not keeping the property maintained. The location to the boardwalk is great and the beach is great, as always.

Staff was friendly upon check in. Parking was good. Room was subpar when it came to cleanliness (found trash and dirty clothes under the bed). It could use some updating (along with exterior of building). The mattress kept sliding off the platform, making it frustrating and uncomfortable to sleep. Balcony had broken furniture. One elevator broke making wait times ridiculous. Aside for some minor issues, our stay was good and we could look past some of the flaws of our stay. Hotel is a very ideal location. You’re right in the middle of the board walk. Easy on/off access. If you need to take the Jiffy, you’re right on the route for it.
