My wife and I had a wonderful stay here with another couple. The place was very clean and exactly as expected—it looked just like the photos. The location was perfect, close to bars and restaurants, which made it easy to get around. We felt safe and loved that the place had powerful air condition/fans. Would definitely recommend for a stay with friends.

We stayed here for my daughter’s 5th birthday, and it was absolutely perfect! The place was spotless, it felt brand new (and I'm picky). It looked exactly like the pictures and is clearly well cared for. The location was ideal, just a block from the beach, and we loved having the pool. Lauren, our host, was super communicative. If you need a cute, clean home in a great location, I would 100% recommend! We will be back!

Great spot!

We have a young family and this place was perfect for us. Walking distance to almost everything. The property was quiet. Lauren was responsive and kind. Highly recommend!

If cleanliness and safety are priorities for you, especially if you're traveling with young children, I strongly advise against booking this property.While the listing photos were appealing, the reality upon arrival was drastically different. The unit appeared as though it hadn’t been cleaned after the previous guests. As noted in other reviews, this property is in dire need of a deep and thorough cleaning.We encountered numerous hygiene and maintenance issues: dirty dishes with visible food residue (including pasta sauce), heavily stained rugs and floor mats, thick dust covering the air fans, and a coffee maker that was visibly filthy with old spilled coffee. After just a short time walking on the floors, my toddler’s feet were black—an alarming sign of poor upkeep.The most concerning issue was the bathtub, which is severely peeling. During a bath, paint was visibly flaking off and sticking to my child’s skin. If you're a parent, you’ll understand the concern—my toddler tried to put the peeling paint in her mouth. The tub had a bath mat placed over it, likely to cover the damage, but even that was unsanitary.Basic necessities were also missing, such as dish soap and extra toilet paper—essentials in any rental property.When we reached out to the owner to express our concerns, we were told the place had been cleaned and were advised not to contact her directly, but to take our concerns to VRBO. With two small children, we had to find alternate accommodations.
