The apartment Rosa, which was created in 2020, is located in an apartment building. Under the roof there is a cozy bedroom, a large modern living and dining area, which merges into the kitchen. A staircase takes you to the ground floor, which houses a spacious bathroom. A spacious outdoor area offers guests a covered terrace and plenty of parking space. Three holiday apartments are currently housed on the former shipping company premises. WiFi, TV in the bedrooms and living rooms and a modern laundry room in the basement are extras that are included in the price.

149 Apartment Rosa:
The apartment is classically divided into bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. In the bedroom, a double bed with a continuous mattress (1.80x2m) and a TV, which is integrated in the closet, offers a lot of comfort. The sofa bed in the living room can be converted into a comfortable bed of 1.40 x 2m. WiFi, as well as a large Smart TV device with installed Netflix offers you everything the media heart desires. The kitchen is fully equipped with a modern electric stove with ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, kettle and a fridge with freezer. In addition to the modern and very comfortable furnishings, there is a modern laundry room with a washing machine and dryer in the basement. Our apartment Rosa is located on the site of a former shipping company. There is ample parking space available to the guest.

Arrival is from 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. and departure is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

Schöne Unterkunft

Grundsätzlich sind wir top mit der Ferienwohnung zufrieden! Super Ausstattung. Allerdings an manchen Stellen nicht richtig sauber (fremde Haare in der Dusche, Kleiderschrank von innen ziemlich verstaubt). Wenn schon ein Staubsauger zur Verfügung steht, dann sollte dieser wenigstens ordentlich funktionieren ;) Grundsätzlich aber zu empfehlen. Preis/Leistung ist völlig in Ordnung
