Nicht gefallen hat im Bad meines Zimmers die Dusche. Das Warmwasser bei angenehmer Temperatur floss sehr spärlich, vermutlich zu wenig Druck auf der Leitung, wenn viele Gäste gleichzeitig duschen wollen. (?) Das Warmwasser im Waschbecken war aber i. O. Ansonsten war aber alles super!

Fenster super dicht, Zimmer schön und praktisch eingerichtet, Lage hinterm Bahnhof, nah zum Deich top. Aber innen sehr hellhörig, von jedem Schritte auf dem Flure bei knarrenden Dielen wach. Fenster sehr dreckig, Tür quietscht, Seifenspender defekt. Checkout Sonntags bis 14h aber um 12 steht ohne Klopfen jemand zum Reinigen im Zimmer- sehr unangenehmen. Treppenhaus mit Teppich, nicht so sauber. Baubereich schön. Frühstück nicht genutzt.

Personal sehr freundlich, Sauberkeit war auf den ersten Blick in Ordnung - aber auf den zweiten Blick dennoch ausbaufähig (wurden auf neues Reinigungsteam hingewiesen und das alles noch nicht einwandfrei läuft), Frühstück war super, gute Auswahl aber kein Überangebot.

Im Großen und Ganzen hat mir dieses Hotel gut gefallen. Das Bad ist etwas klein so dass man sich kaum umdrehen kann. Zwei Spots in der Decke waren defekt das hätte dem Bad mehr Beleuchtung geschenkt. Die Lage ist optimal. City Lage.

Der Samstag Abend 13.09.2025 war eine Katastrophe von dem Herrn an der Rezeption und Service. Frau Wolf vom Empfang war das Highlight unseres Aufenthalts. Sie hat die Katastrooge des "Herrn" von der Rezeption ausbügeln können. Er verweigerte z.B. zwei Pärchen die Hotelgäste waren um 22:30 noch einen Drink an der Bar. Er wurde uns gegenüber sehr unfreundlich, wir saßen in der Lobby mit einem anderen Pärchen zusammen und es war eigentlich ein lustiger Abend. Bis er unfreundlich wurde. Wir hoffen Frau Wolf bekommt eine Belobigung und der andere " Herr " von der Rezeption bekommt eine Schulung in Gästebewirtung.

Es war sauber und auch insgesamt gut erhalten die Dusche hätte eventuell ein wenig größer sein können und das frühstück war auch sehr lecker mit einer schönen Auswahl ich würde behaupten das findet jeder was zu essen die Brötchen hätten bissl besser gebacken sein können das Bett war bequem und man konnte gut schlafen und insgesamt ein okay Ambiente
