“Our family of 4 stayed at Club Ocean Villas II for a week in late July. We had a family emergency that required a last minute shift in itinerary, and the staff was so accommodating and also very compassionate. They worked around our circumstances while still ensuring we were well taken care of. We were in a second floor unit overlooking the canal, and it was so nice to enjoy coffee on the balcony each morning and watch the birds fish off the dock. “The proximity to beach was great, but info given online is inaccurate. The kitchen was not fully stocked with kitchenware given the size of the suite. There were bath towels despite the amenities saying they were not provided. Also, there was no broom to clean up the sand despite the entire suite being tiled. Air conditioning was good! ”

“We got off to a rough start, but the location truly is the highlight—just steps from the beach, which is exactly what we were looking for. Unfortunately, the stay was impacted by poor communication and a few avoidable issues.1.We received no check-in information before arrival.
