Perfect location in the desert

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your comfortable home—very clean and modern. It is an easy drive to the Grand Canyon and down to Sedona from this location.

Grand Canyon South Rim

The place is amazing! Not far from Williams (cute town) and not far from Grand Canyon South Rim. Perfect location, very quiet, gorgeous views!

We had a wonderful stay here as a family. Easily accommodated 5 adults and 2 kids. Beautiful house, location and furnishings! Check-in process was smooth. Very convenient to get to the Grand Canyon.

Comfortable and good location

Modern aesthetics with comfortable beds and great views. Consumable kitchen amenities are limited, and the market is a good distance from the property, so be sure to shop on your way in.

Excellent time!

We had a fantastic stay! The house was easy to access, spotlessly clean, and beautifully maintained. It’s located just about 20 minutes from Grand Canyon National Park, which was the main reason for our trip so it was super convenient! Highly recommend.

Exceeded Expectations

Great place and exactly as advertised (no surprises). The property was spacious, clean, comfortable with everything in good working order. The kitchen was well-equipped and stocked, making it ready for cooking and dining (having spices and oils would've made it perfect). The property location was remote and quiet (we knew this from our research that it is about 20 miles south of the park's south gate - which is also the closest place for groceries and restaurants). The hosts were incredibly responsive (we got responses with minutes of almost every query). A GREAT stay, which we would rebook again in a heartbeat! TY Steven & Jennifer!!!

We had a good stay here.

Our stay here was good, however, some things I wish I would’ve known ahead of time. Hosts: Very responsive, great communication, easy check-in/out.House: Very clean and had all necessities. It had limited seating for a family of six. A few extra amenities would’ve been great (pizza cutter, spatula). Location: great location being only 25 minutes to the Grand Canyon. However, the actual location of the house was my issue. 1.5 mile drive on an unpaved road that was like driving on a washboard, we had a rental, but if I would’ve had to drive this with my personal vehicle, I would’ve found a different place to stay. There is a great outdoor seating area but very poor lighting, which doesn’t give a great sense of security in the middle of the desert.
