I feel like I did the right thing by refunding $75 for your 7th guest, a child, which really was not an error, as there is a $15 per night fee for all guests in addition to 6. I refunded the $150 cleaning fee due to the error of my cleaning person, so that's $225 returned to you, yet you impacted my status by giving me 4 stars because I have an electric stove, no dishwasher, and the third bedroom is a loft. These are all disclosed in the description, so I did not fail in disclosing the details of our home. I will always do the right thing by my guests, unfortunately for some, it's never enough.

We're sorry you were annoyed by the sound of the trains. Love them or hate them, they are something completely out of our control. We did just spend over $700 to provide great internet service (Starlink) for our guests, we hope you enjoyed it.

Thank you for taking a few moments to review the property. Unfortunately, my husband and I were on vacation at the same time, and cell service in Ouray, CO was a bit of a problem for us as well. I wish you had told me about the internet modem when we spoke about the evaporative cooler, which works perfectly. The heater works perfectly, but as I attempted to explain, they are separate units, independent of one another, so the thermostat for the heater doesn't control the air. There is one knob on the evap (swamp) cooler along with an on/off button, so I really don't understand what the difficulty was, it has worked fine for the other guests. It's too bad we weren't able to help you with the issues you experienced, especially the internet modem location, it would have made a huge difference in your stay.
