「We had a wonderful fall break week at our Tiny Home near the Grand Canyon. It was excellent access to both the Grand Canyon and Flagstaff. The staff onsite, was amazing, he was there when we arrived to make sure all the equipment and fire alarms were functional and if we had any issues with the kitchen or locks. 「The tiny house was perfect for our stay in the Grand Canyon. For our family of 6 this accommodation was less expensive than hotels and lodges in the GC and offered everything we needed for our stay. "The toilet in our room is almost not working, the shower head is leaking, and the soundproofing is very poor. We were also assigned a room next to the laundry room, and the noise from the machines made it impossible for my family to sleep after a full day of driving. When I went to the front desk to ask if it would be possible to change rooms if one became available, the male staff member was very impatient and his attitude made us feel very uncomfortable during our stay."
