IF you are looking for Kingsmill resort access - golf, tennis, pools, Kingsmill resort restaurants, we encourage you to contact Kingsmill directly. We are not able to offer access to resort amenities.

What we DO offer:

- Beautiful, quiet, waterfront location in the midst of the Kingsmill Resort property

- Roku streaming boxes on all 3 TVs with Netflix, Hulu, Prime TV, Sling, Max, and many other streaming channels

- Much greater flexibility with respect to early check-in

Peaceful retreat
My family was looking for a non-hotel option where we could relax and re-charge in between events during a busy weekend. This condo worked very well for us. Although resort amenities are not included, we were able to take walks around the lovely property each day. The condo itself is older but was clean and comfortable, with a lot of thoughtful touches like places to charge devices, nice linens and towels, snacks, coffee and creamer, and enough paper products / garbage bags / dishwasher pods / etc. to last our whole three day stay. Everything in Williamsburg is pretty close by so having to go through the gate and drive through the resort each time we went out was not a big deal. Lee Anne offered us early check in and late check out which was much appreciated.

Our new base for visiting Williamsburg
We loved our stay at this property. My family routinely visits williamsburg and we normally stay in one of the numerous hotels in the area. I think we will do things differently now. The property is just outside the entry road to Busch Gardens and was very convenient. Everything was better than the pictures, and i would certainly stay again!

Seems older from the outside but is almost brand new inside. Spacious and has everything we needed for our stay! Host was fantastic and communicated well! Looking to head back soon!

Nice place, not worth the hassle of being charged extra money for clean up of wet towels??? A dish in the sink? A garbage can to empty. Isn't that routine general cleaning service.
