「When I say this was the best home to stay in for our occasion it was absolutely amazing! We originally booked for 8 people but only had maybe 5 people come but the property was perfect and sooooo peaceful. The amazing host checked in everyday to make sure we were good and didn’t need anything even when we had to leave a little early she was very understanding.」

「Landlord tried to make it a good stay. However, property was NOT rent ready by any means. There were leaks coming out of the ceiling into the bedroom below. On the 5th day the sewer started coming up the shower and flooded the entire downstairs where all the rooms were. We tried calling the landlord several times but they NEVER answered the phone. We had to call VRBO to get the landlord to come out. We had to move out and get another place, landlord wants us to pay for her floor and plumbing...

「We had a lovely stay. House was clean, very spacious and new with nice finishes and furnishings. Neighborhood was serene, quiet and we felt safe. Easy to check in and out. Hosts were communicative and the whole process went smoothly. Just a few notes… The air conditioner/heating units were right outside the primary bedroom window. The units are loud and cycled on and off all night. So if you stay in there, bring ear plugs. Kitchen was fairly well stocked but no mixing bowls and only one dish...

「This place was perfect for me. Everything was super clean and super nice. The host has everything very transparent in his descriptions. To be honest I slept better here then at home, beds are super comfortable. The dogs were super cool, they met me at my car with a ball to throw, but when I had enough so did they. Over all I give the place a ten and will be staying there again when I return. P.S. farm fresh eggs and bottle of wine when I arrived was awesome 👌 👏」

「This was a great place to land while we searched for a home to buy in Fayetteville. It felt like our home away from home. Very comfortable and quiet. Very well stocked! Even our teenagers liked it. 「Overall the property was just as advertised. I would state that it is a bit far to walk to downtown Senoia (over a mile/20 minutes) and the property could use a bit of sprucing up (new blinds for example) and just some TLC. I would suggest the owner provide a toaster in the kitchen and check the plumbing in the Master Bath toilet as it clogged several times requiring us to use a plunger. Otherwise we had an enjoyable stay.」
