We just loved Martha and Donnie’s guest home. It is a tranquil place with beautiful views. They go out of their way to make you feel at home. They go above and beyond with special little touches that made for a wonderful trip. My husband forgot his phone charger, they had a box on the wall full of every kind you could need and common cords already plugged in by the beds. There was a box of beanie babies for children to take one and keep. Besides ceiling fans they had a really assume fan on the wall that was prefect. There was coffee, paper products like plates, utensils, towels, toiletries and smores for the fire put. They also had those large ice packs in the freezer for us to use so we didn’t need to buy ice when we went out for our cooler. One of the most unique features was vent covers, I get a little cold in AC but my husband likes it cold so these were a wonderful addition so i could keep the AC from freezing me when I took a bath but keep the rest of the house cool for him. Trust me you will not have a problem keeping cool, the AC works great. As for Martha and Donnie, you won’t find more sweet people. They go out of their way to make you comfortable and be social. If we wanted privacy they gave it. If you wanted to set and talk you will not find better conversation than sitting on their front porch with Donnie sipping coffee or for us it was beer and bourbon. When we go the Kentucky we will stay with them, it’s prefect for 2. But it would be great for a small family.
