「We really enjoyed the retro details like the record player, checkered flooring, handles and of course the beautiful retro RV. Our favorite part was the bathroom. We were provided towels and robes along with a super pretty interior. Although it was too cold to go in the pool, we had an overall great experience.」

「Stunning place with a consistent vibe. Unplug, be present in nature, unbelievable views. We were the only guests at the location that night and everything was perfect. We cooked a small meal on the BBQ, looked up at the amazing night sky, made a fire in the wood stove because it got chilly out, used the electric blanket and watched the sunset. 「The owner personally checked on us and shared the interesting Hx of this carefully renovated 60’s motel. Great attention to the era. This motel was not affected by the 2025 Kerrville floods, but along with other hotels/motels provided free lodging for search and rescue volunteers for this devastated area. 」

「This is a very unique B&B. I loved the grounds. It was very peaceful and staff was very helpful and down to earth. They have lots of farm animals which I thought was a neat touch to see them. The breakfast was delicious. We stayed in the Texas Oil Boom Room which was nice, had its on bathroom, and bed was super comfortable. 」
