「We wanted to take my grandkids (7&9) on a short worry free camping trip for spring break and I ran across this place in my search. It is about four miles from the state park. The TiPis were amazing!! There are five on site. This would be a great place to bring multiple families. They had a wonderful pavilion area with LOTS of games, plenty of seating, and a beautiful pond. 」

We had him park it on our property and it was a perfect solution. The air conditioner worked great. We dry camped so did not use bathroom or water. We will rent this again, I’m sure.」

「This property is beautiful! We wanted a quick get away from the noise of the world to relax...and this was exactly what we wanted/needed. The cabin is fully equipped and decorated with lots of charm. In the evenings, we sat on the patio with the lights turned off and enjoyed seeing the stars and listening to the wildlife. We plan to return again and again as often as we can. We loved this place!」

「Super easy place to stay when dropping off kids or picking up kids for Pine Cove or Sky Ranch.We ate at The Forge in Ben Wheeler which is a really nice 15 minute country drive away with food that will rival any Dallas restaurant with a similar menu.」

The TV outside wasn't working which did not hinder our enjoyment at all but it would have been nice. The pool table and cue tips needed some attention but not a big deal....
