「When we first arrived, the front desk staff had absolutely poor customer service. Not helpful, rude, impatient. Thankfully, the other staff during the day and other evenings were wonderful and accommodating. Breakfast was good, rooms very clean and comfortable.」

「Pool drained, jacuzzi in room permanently covered. 70's carpet, but appeared clean. Outside doors do not latch--security concern.」

「Great location and that’s why I think they can skimp a bit on amenities- virtually no storage at all in bathroom-like none- they could easily but a vanity in or inexpensive shelves over the toilet-must stream TV which is fine except the Wi-Fi in M30 for the main TV literally took 30 seconds plus to switch between channels-very few hangers in closets- might be a bit picky but they charge premium prices-service- the front desk clerk flat out lied to me which was confirmed by the manager(I didn’t...

「What a lovely place. The only possible improvement I could suggest is a waste bin in the bathroom. Super quiet, charming and comfy place.」

「The living room carpet needs to be professionally cleaned or replaced. You could not walk on it barefoot. The sofa was sunk in on one end - you had to put a pillow under it to even sit comfortably. Also, the cot in the living room was shaky and sunken. All four of the kitchen chairs were shaky, one so much so that we had to remove it so no one would sit on it and have it break. The thermostat was set on 68, which was too cold for us. It was programmed, so we could not change the setting. I...

「This property was so beautiful and was incredibly decorated!! We were spoiled by the owners with little snacks and such and a fun put together scavenger hunt! The host was super responsive and incredibly with all their information and recommendations!! The parking around back door as also so convenient!」

「Very clean and nicely done property. Very close to college. There’s a hot tub which is a nice addition but I wasn’t able to utilize. I just ran out of time. I love that I could bring my dog and there’s a nice fenced in area to let him play while I was unloading and loading the car. Couldn’t ask for a much better place. I’ll definitely stay here again.」

「We had a fantastic time. Everything was perfect. Gorgeous outdoor space for entertaining. So very peaceful. Would like to stay at their barn next time.」

「Wonderful hosts and property!」

「It was very nice. The doorknob were a bit old but they were cool. It was very nice, a bit to warm for me but I run hot.」

「We stayed in Wilmington for the WEC horse show, where our daughter competed for the first time and came home with a first-place blue ribbon. Although our stay was brief, the property and amenities were perfect for our family. My husband and daughter swam in the heated pool every day, which was fantastic. Our daughter also loved the playhouse, swing set, and hammock — she called it her little clubhouse. My only wish is that we could have stayed a couple extra days to enjoy even more of the...

「Luxury absolutely not, convenient yeah. Walking distance to just about anything you need but it was far from being a “luxury room” I have plenty of photos to prove that. No outlets in the bathroom, lots and lots of water damage through out the place. Window unit air conditioner, filthy walls, missing knobs on closet door (having a very sharp screw sticking out) 100% not worth the price. Couch had a broken leg and disgusting stains on it. The big bed had a bent leg, markings all over the walls,...
