Beautiful, Charming, Historic Riverfront and Wrightsville Beach!

As we find ourselves in challenging times, trying to get back to some kind of normal, we want to assure our guests that we are making every possible effort to ensure their comfort and safety when they stay at one of our properties. We want you to know that we use a professional cleaning service that strictly follows the most state-of-the-art procedures when it comes to disinfection. The disinfectant that they use is EPA registered and CDC approved. Their teams are trained to comply with OSHA standards and have completed a Covid-19 awareness certification course. The health and safety of our guests is their greatest priority.

Additionally, we have keyless entry keypad locks so you can self check-in.

In addition to being crazy clean… our property is also gorgeous and comfortable! The house was remodeled completely in 2016 and because of Hurricane Florence, was remodeled again in 2018! During that remodel, we updated the 2nd bathroom to include a beautiful, subway tiled, walk-in shower with frameless double glass doors, a new marble backsplash in the kitchen and added wonderful deep seat wicker furniture to our deck, to which we’ve just added gorgeous new cushions! We’ve also added new mattresses throughout the home and now have queens in both the master and 2nd bedroom, twin beds in the 3rd bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, easily accommodating 8 guests… or more with the inflatable mattresses that we’ve added.
Our split bedroom design is perfect for providing privacy as the master bedroom is at the opposite end of the house from the other two bedrooms.

Our beautiful, bright eat-in kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need to feel right at home…Keurig and Mr. Coffee coffee makers, a stand mixer, electric griddle, crockpot, toaster, electric kettle and more!! We have a 49 inch smart TV, Roku to stream Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc. and an antenna which gives you all the major networks, a BlueRay player and hundreds of DVD’s

Lastly, but probably the most important to many people is our location…it just can’t be beat for convenience… just about 2 miles to Historic Downtown Wilmington and the bustling nightlife of the riverfront and about 6 miles to the sandy white beaches of beautiful Wrightsville Beach. We’re also just a five minute drive to Wilmington International Airport.
