The staff had a generally annoyed demeanor. First, I arrive to find that there’s no parking. It’s an extra $22 per night. I was misquoted on how much I’d be charged for parking and no one cared to honor the price I’d been given. They also added a $75 deposit to the price.
I asked if children were allowed on the rooftop bar, and was told that they were. So me and my kids picked up dinner and brought it up to the roof to eat. We were pretty excited. After we unpacked our food, we were asked to leave because we brought outside food. It didn’t matter that we were paying customers. So I had to pack all of the food back up and take my disappointed kids down to the hotel room to crowd around a desk and an end table to eat our dinner.
The pool is small. It only goes to 5ft and it’ll make your skin break out if you don’t bathe with soap immediately after use. Also, there’s no bathroom access from the pool without your keycard to get back in. Incredibly inconvenient.
They would only stock one spare roll of toilet paper in the room at a time. We ended up running out on check-out day and had to use tissues.
