Haven is your "tree house on the ground" that takes you under an ivy archway and opens into greenery! Sitting in heart of Wilmington, only 2 miles from Downtown and 8 miles from Wrightsville Beach, Haven provides a truly unique experience, especially for couples! This home was designed for those seeking a serene, intimate getaway immersed in nature. With a clean and modern design, the interior is truly a work of art. We invite you to relax and enjoy the beauty of nature outside the glass!

The organic modern treehouse on the ground shows views that float across the open living space- a bridge crossing over to a private island amongst old trees that cast their reflection in a pond . With an exterior consisting of shou sugi ban siding, a Japanese technique, the quaint 650 square foot home, Haven, takes on serenity both inside and outside.

Guests are all set at Haven, with their own one bedroom oasis, access to a private outdoor space behind the home, an outdoor fireplace for your evenings, an outdoor shower to use after summer beach days and two bikes to enjoy the historic neighborhood full of beautiful homes with live oaks dangling in Spanish moss that overhangs the streets. Guests are welcome to visit the backyard's private island for photos and can use a charcoal grill and fire pit upon request. We welcome couples of all ages for a romantic getaway in a natural setting or individuals looking for a backdrop of greenery while seeking solitude.

Haven is a guest house made for nature lovers in the backyard of our property. There are large picture windows and transom windows in every room to immerse visitors in nature's surroundings. However, shades are available in the entire house for privacy. There is a private outdoor hangout area on the side of Haven that faces the pond and nature's best views. You may hear and see owls that live amongst the trees and a blue heron that frequents the pond!
