Spacious open floor plan with with living room, dining room, kitchen - three bedrooms, two bathrooms and queen air bed. Four smart TV’s throughout the house. Just 1.5 miles from Carolina beach. Cute family community - have dinner on the back deck, take a bike ride around the community, and enjoy coffee on the front porch.

Garage has room for 5 cars, or possibly a small boat with 3 cars. Two cruiser bicycles available to use while you rent (please bring your own helmets).

Great for families with children - 1.5 miles to Carolina Beach (approximately 5 miles from Carolina Boardwalk), 5 miles from Tregembo Animal Park, 8 miles to North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher, 15 minutes from Jungle Rapids Family Fun Park, and 25 minutes to historical downtown Wilmington, NC.

Multiple golf courses within a 15 mile radius for fun adult time with plenty of restaurants,
shopping, and culture. Enjoy deep sea fishing, river tours, and sunset cruises.

Other things to do - tour Battleship North Carolina and Screen Gems Studio (East Coast largest movie studio - since 1985, more than 400 film television, and commercial projects have been shot).

UNCW Baseball Conference
We stayed the long weekend to watch our son play in the UNCW baseball conference tournament. It was about 20 minutes from the school but the drive was easy. Neighborhood is quiet and clean. Just over the bridge from the Carolina Beach which was way better than Wrightsville Beach, not packed and easy parking. It was nice to have 2 queen beds in a room for our adult boys, a queen bed for our daughter, and plenty of open space in the living room and kitchen area.

Sea Breeze Vacay
Friends and family loved this house. Everything we could have asked for in a home away from home. Plenty of parking and storage for our kayaks. Close to beaches, State Parks and Wilmington. Toni was very helpful and communication was fantastic! Highly recommend. Had a blast at the Sea Breeze.
