We would have no hesitation in recommending this cosy cottage as a great base for your adventures in the Forest of Dean and the Wye Valley and we look forward to returning again one day.”

“Roy was an exceptional host, he was very informative about how to get to the property as the sat nav was a little bit unreliable. He showed us around the hut with all the facilities that were available. The hut had everything u could possible need. It was beautiful and relaxing and I cannot fault it at all. The village was about a 10 min drive which has everything u would need. The hot tub was a very nice treat in the evening, even if it did rain. Thank u so much Roy for making us feel very……

“Perfect little bolt hole with lovely countryside views. Ideally posiitoned for walks in the forest (5 minute walk from the door to the forest) and down to Symmonds Yat. Paul was a great host, very friendly and accommodating. Everything was super clean in the 'pigsty'. Definitely a funky place to stay. Would definitely go again!”

“Very clean and comfortable. All you need in kitchen equipment. Large supermarket not far away. Only thing we could get was a phone signal but we used the WiFi instead.”
