「We were in Wimberley for the weekend to visit our daughter so we didn’t spend a lot of time at the location. It’s not fancy but the bed was good, bathroom was nice size (walk-in shower, no tub, but we were fine with that), air conditioner was maybe a little loud but it worked. Small kitchen but all we used was the mini fridge and sink. Finding the drive to the cottage was a little tricky and the link sent was helpful. Gates are necessary in Texas so just be aware that there is an open/close...

「The property feels very secluded even though it’s only 10 mins from town. It’s very quiet and serene. I had expected bugs since that’s usually my experience with the hill country. But not this time. There were not any mosquitoes at all. The pool was fun even though we didn’t get to use it much due to rainy weather. The hot tub was great. It’s definitely not new as the listing indicated.
