「Bed bugs in upstairs bedroom!!!Unfortunately we had a terrible experience both during and following our stay. During the stay the air conditioning was not functioning properly and we were forced to use portable AC units that didn’t get the temperature below 78 in the house.Three people sleeping upstairs had bed bug bites and upon searching the two beds we found numerous bugs. 「A small but charming 1 bedroom apartment with a living room, kitchen and bathroom. The furniture, especially the bed, was very comfortable. The kitchen came stocked with some supplies, including coffee pods for the Keurig machine. It was very helpful that there was a washer/dryer with detergent. Off-street parking was not available but there was always a spot on the street out in front. We enjoyed our stay.」

「My husband and I were in Muncie for our son’s graduation from Ball State. We felt we hit the jackpot with this property. So cute, convenient to campus and downtown walkable. I slept like a baby in the quiet comfy bedroom and the bathroom was a dream. The property managers were fantastic and very prompt to answer any questions. We will definitely stay here again!」

「Our stay was excellent. The host may want to edit the details about games and entertainment. While my husband and son enjoyed the pinball game, the description implies there are many games to choose from and there weren’t. Not a deal killer, but might need to lower those expectations. My daughter loved the vintage kitchen and my granddaughters marveled at how many rooms there were.」
