"This building is very outdated. Almost unacceptable outdated. The rooms were clean enough but things like the doors and trim could all use a cleaning. The bathroom wallpaper is from the 80’s…or older. The ceiling above the shower requires repair and the shower was just old and spat out water. There were mouse droppings outside most perimeter doors. This site is relying on its beautiful location and the hot springs to attract guests. Then it takes advantage of people wanting to stay there and expects them to accept the sub par accommodations. On weekends you can’t get any breakfast food on site except the very over priced buffet. Restaurants were over priced for quality of food. Fun amenities like mini golf and game rentals were included. The hot springs were nice but also need to be cleaned more often. You can have a lot of fun on site and the beds were comfortable enough. Walls are very thin and my son thought the decking in the patio was going to break below his feet. Not sure I would stay here again. It’s so close to being a great little vacation spot but upgrades are required and the restaurant price and breakfast options on weekends need a revision. "

"We arrived at the property check in was ok ...then we got to the room had a very strong smell of mint. As we had dinner reservations. Once we can back all you could smell in the room was a strong smell if cat spray mint smell gone so obviously the mintvwas a coverup . My asthma starting acting up as there was cat hair under the bed. Taked to the front staff and said they cant do anything for us so i saud we would have to leave and he says there will be no refund. We asked for a none pet room obviously they lied and said it was a non pet room . Left dispointed."

"The price was very good for 2 bedrooms, and we were put next to each other. Our dog was able to enjoy the balcony and go between both rooms. Loved that the rooms had a kitchen to actually cook in. The on site laundry was also a plus and convenient outside the doors. I would definitely book with them again. Quick drive to Fairmont Hot Springs. "
