Everything about this place isn't 4 star. This is a basic Lodge that purports to be something more. The luxury room is tired and dated. The table leg was broken. The air conditioner leaked water and the room had insects everywhere when i arrived. The staff don't share details of what is available where. It's just about making money.

We stayed here for our last night in Windhoek. It was a nice place to come and rest before a big flight. We were in a luxury tent, which we didn’t realize was at the far end of the property of all amenities, like the restaurant and pool. Not a huge deal because they do offer porter services to drive you to and from your tent to the reception/main area. We ended up walking which was only about an 5 minute walk, but would be difficult for someone with mobility issues. Our tent was clean, the restaurant was busy and had good food. The property is clean and quiet and felt very safe with two security gates. Overall, a nice place to stay for a night passing through Windhoek

Comfortable rooms, everything was to my liking nothing to complain about. I really enjoyed my stay there and will stay again. They can only improve on the breakfast perhaps, but this is only a minor thing.

Our first night in Namibia, we needed a good bed before starting the self guided tour in our 4x4 tent. This was perfectly the case ! Clean and friendly place. 10 minutes drive from Superspar where f'we filled for the trip. The restaurant is ok, very large dinning room looks like a staff cafeteria, but again friendly staff and I tried the " Eisbein" pork chunk which was very crispy/ fried outside, with sauerkraut and baked potatoes. I liked it.
