Well to say the least we were very disappointed. It is a very long walk from the self serve parking garage to the hotel check in. Then our room was in the forum tower which we had to walk back a long way to get back to it, Good service at the front desk. Had dinner at legends and were very disappointed in the food. Wow wouldn’t eat there again, had breakfast at Johnny rockets, great service and food was good. Parking garage a mess, and dear knows how long it will before that is finished, also looked for a cashier upstairs and couldn’t find one, find out later it is in the poker room but how are you suppose to know that. No signage at all that I saw, we don’t plan to go back to that casino for a long time. It’s too bad as it is a nice place, other than the parking garage and the machines that were apart and they were working on them.

As a first time visitor to the Casino we found the whole set up very confusing due to lack of signage. We had no idea what a 7 Star or Diamond member was or what line up to get into to register at the hotel and for a meal. I had to call to find out where to go to park. Signage said “self parking” but didn’t indicate that it was for the casino. I have problem walking and there is a long distance to walk from the parking garage to hotel.

For 300 dollars a night my room came with a VERY stiff mattress. There was almost no lighting which made it hard to see at night and the ac doesn’t go below 70° even if set to 68°

Some concern about cleanliness of TV Remote Control and phone. Phone didn’t work only on speaker.Most disappointing was options of eating facilities during the day. Johnny Rockets was a frustrating unsatisfying experience. Staff not friendly; poor service ended up walking out and went to the Keg no other dining options available in Casino until 4.

Venue is limited to gamblers only. No shopping outlet and or activities. Attended Paul Anka concert which was well worth the ticket price. Would like to see more entertainers of that caliber. Staff in all positions very helpful and courteous. Security staff at theatre exceptiional!! Restaurant venues great andcreasonably priced. Would make the trip again, excellent room, clean and spacious.

Our Stay at Caesars was exceptional! Property was very nice and clean. The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable and the Detroit River view from the 25th floor was great.!

I went to the front desk at 6am to check out but said I wouldn’t be leaving the room until 7:30am. I paid up and the one at the front desk said she didn’t che k me out so that my key would work, well as soon as my door shut and I was heading to the elevator with no key, I knew I was in trouble. I was on the 8th floor, figured I could just take the stairs and get out at ground floor, long story short, security had to come rescue me. No a big issue as I left plenty early for my flight. Not good advice to leave the key on the room.

Nice room, good location. No bad notes but had to pay a 25$ resort fee at check in I wasn’t aware of.

Checking into the room was a hassle. You park in the garage then have to drag your luggage through the casino, about a 15 to 20 minute walk, to get to the check in desk. Then drag your luggage another 15 to 20 minutes to where the rooms are at. Then they have a room that had been smoked in. So another trip back to the desk to switch it. The big kicker was we booked the room for $92 and after all their “special fees” it ended up being $228.
