Staff was frie sly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area, attractions and was able to answer our questions and give suggestions. The room was clean and breakfast was plentiful. Overall I would return to Windsor and this particular Townesuite location which was conveniently location to everything we needed.

Very nice hotel in a quite area offering a free breakfast. Breakfast had many selections from cold or hot. Parking was available for a fee behind the hotel which was very convenient. Our room was very spacious and the bed was so comfortable.

The place was great, except a local told us not to walk left when leaving the building because there was a new homeless shelter that had been having some problems. But I felt very safe while in the hotel. I would stay again, just don’t walk left

The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and overall a pleasant place to stay. The two main downsides are the small parking lot, which doesn’t have enough spaces for all guests, so you may have to pay for nearby parking. The other drawback is the location. The area surrounding the hotel doesn’t feel very safe at night, and this seems to reflect much of downtown Windsor. That being said, I have nothing but good things to say about the hotel itself. The staff, cleanliness, and overall experience were excellent.

All in all, it was a good stay. Sure wish they’d either shampoo or replace the old, stale smelling carpets. Rooms are dark and dated. Aside from needing some upgrades for this old building, the stay was good, location was good, breakfast was good. An enjoyable stay.
