"What an unexpected treasure! Traveling from Minnesota to New York State and decided to stop and found this on Expedia. The atmosphere was unique and fun. We ate dinner at the restaurant Skye and it was fabulous food and fun patrons as well. Wish we had more time to explore the historic area but we enjoyed it very much. Since we were pulling a trailer, my husband wished the parking area was lit up a bit more. however, we would have stayed there on the way back except we took a different route home."

"I gave the hotel 5 stars because everything was amazing! I live in Florida and came to Ohio to be with my son, who is autistic and recently was diagnosed with IgA nephropathy stage 5. He was going to begin the process of getting a donor kidney. He is 33 and I also had his autistic brother, who is 19, with me. Mercedes happened to be the desk clerk when I checked in. There was a mishap with my check in dates and Mercedes handled it professionally. Because I was from out of town I wanted to have a place to hang with my kids and 3 grandkids and the pool was perfect! The kids were really loud and I was worried they were disturbing the lobby area. I apologized to Mercedes for them being loud and she said they couldn’t hear it with the double sets of doors. She gave the kids snacks and told me not to worry about the messes they made. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The hotel was extremely clean and I had no issues with anything, which is typically not true with a hotel stay. She gave us a room that was away from other rooms, which was good because my boys can be loud. The boys loved the hot breakfast and so did I! I really had no complaints! I will make this my regular stay when I come to visit my kids. ❤️ it was a bit pricier than the other hotels by it, but it was definitely worth the extra money for an uncomplicated stay!!"

"A value priced hotel that is pet friendly (1 pet stays free - love it!). Conveniently located right off I90. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. That's all I ask for. I will stay here again for sure."

"The continental breakfast was amazing. So many options. We wanted a hotel with a pool and this one was supposed to have one. When we got there we were told the pool was closed for maintenence but when we went and looked at it, it was very obvious that the pool has not been opened for years. So that should be removed as a amenity until the pool is actually working. Location was good, lots of resturants around and it was very close to my son's home in Mentor who we were visiting."
