“Was a big scare when we reached the apartment and found out this was no one there for check in & no instruction sent before our arrival. In this remote location, the mobile connection is bad and I luckily able connected to WiFi in an indian Resturant. Found an old email thread, replied to it and luckily i received a Uk phone number to call for self check in instruction. Felt quite worried at the beginning with my wife and boys and about where we sleep . Not a good experience ”

“1) Checkin details were not provided - I had to contact Hotels.com and wait ±1hr outside in the windy street to get these. Checkin was 4pm but I couldnt get in until 90 mins later. 2) Once inside the building; Entrance hall filthy with full black bags in corner, wall staining, filthy carpets, laundry cages strewn. “The apartment is very conveniently located in the heart of Leicester. It didn’t take us long to walk to anywhere in the city. Lovely decor and super modern. Had all the facilities we needed, full kitchen, living area and double bedroom.
