「We came up over the Independence Day holiday and really enjoyed our stay. First, the hosts are so responsive. Had a couple minor issues to deal with, nothing that could have been anticipated or prevented, and our hosts were quick to respond and get things set right. Could not say enough about their responsiveness. The unit is very big, compared to others in the area. We had four adults and could have accommodated four more. Didn't even use one of the three bedrooms. Very well equipped property...

「House and amenities were great」

「Our communication with the host was excellent and Scott was very responsive to answer any questions about the property. His recommendations on where to eat and local attractions were very helpful. We also enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after hiking and kayaking on the Rivanna River. This was our first trip to Wintergreen Resort and we will definitely be back.」

「Condo was clean, comfortable and the views were amazing, some of the best I’ve had in the Blue Ridge. The resort is very well maintained and the roads are paved and easy to navigate, making access to the property stress free. This did not diminish the wonderful views whatsoever. The resort has several restaurants, a number of hiking trails, overlooks and other amenities that can be used by guests. Near the resort are wineries, cider and beer breweries, distilleries and plenty of food options if...

「Nice weekend getaway in the mountains. 」

「This was by far the most clean, organized, and welcoming VRBO we have stayed in. Because of its distance to a town, Maria let us know ahead of time so we could plan accordingly. She went out of her way to make sure we had access to the home that best fit our schedule. The house is beautifully decorated, has quality linens, nicely done appliances, and small comforts of home. Seating is everywhere:) 」

「We stayed here for a couple of nights over July 4th and it was a nice short getaway. The condo is in a good location - 5 min walk to resort restaurants - and is very comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of cooking tools. The living room seating space was comfortable and allowed for just hanging out. We really enjoyed our stay! 」

「This was our fourth trip to the river house. This time we went to celebrate my granddaughter who turned 13 and my daughter who turned 30. It was a wonderful week full of fun, adventure, hiking, swimming/playing in the river, s’mores, food and games. This is the absolute best place in the world for quality family time. This place really feels like home. 🥰」
