Lakeside Escape @ Ro's Lakehouse (w/ Hot Tub)!

We are so excited to introduce you to RO's Lakehouse, on the beautiful Lake Poygan. RO's is situated on a private 2 acre lot on a small Chanel with dock to Lake Poygan. Perfect for fishing, water sports, ATV, Snowmobiling, etc! The Lake house is an escape from the everyday, but yet so close to Winneconne, Oshkosh and the Fox cities.

There is plenty of yard and water for all your activities!

Ro's Lake house has been newly renovated with an open concept for gathering! When you walk in the home you will see the big windows with a wonderful Lake view.

You will see the large farmhouse dinning table off to your right, which is large enough for all 12! It is the perfect table for playing games and making memories at! It was hand made by my father, so enjoy <3 We have.

From the living room there is a large balcony deck with a outdoor dinning and grilling area, and stairs to bring to ground level.

The Kitchen has brand new custom cabinets and new appliances. The storage is huge! The essentials are provided... coffee maker (filters too), pots, pans, dinnerware, drink ware, cooking pans, mixer, basic seasonings etc.

The main bedroom is on the first floor with a huge picture window overlooking the water, you will just want to lay in bed! The 2 bedrooms with full size beds and trundles are on the second floor, and the 4th bedroom is in the walk out basement with windows facing the water.

The open stairway right outside the kitchen area brings you to the lower level which has 1 bedroom, one bathroom, laundry room and access to backyard. The bathroom downstairs has a shower, and plenty of space. The laundry room has brand new commercial size washer and dryer.

When you walk outside the basement, the deck has rain-shield to keep you dry from the rain, with outdoor seating. Then there is a fire pit area in the yard, and plenty of space for yard games!

The dock is 20 ft, boats can be stored on for your whole stay! The boat landing is one road away.

The home is on a long private road. There are neighbors on the lakeside, but a good distance with trees for privacy!

Towns are close, Oshkosh and Appleton. Winneconne offers your basic needs {restaurants, groceries, odds and ends}

Pets are welcome, but we only allow dogs due to owner allergies. We allow maximum of three dogs per stay.

Fire Pit and Grill

For the grill, guests need to buy their own charcoal or propane. Guests should not leave the grill dirty, there would be an additional charge if left unclean.

For the fire pit, guest need to buy their own firewood and bring their own lighter or matches. We do not provide these. Fire on the fire pit should be extinguished before heading off.

• Check-in: 3 PM onwards
• Check-out: 10 AM
• Park within the premises
• Observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 9 AM
• Clean as you go
• Do not damage the property
• Always prioritize safety
• Clean grill after use ($50 additional fee if left dirty)
• We don't allow cats due to family allergies
• Pick-up after your pets
• Pets are not allowed on furniture and bed
• Always put pets on leash when outside
• No parties or events allowed. You will be asked to leave immediately if this rule is not followed

Hot Tub Rules:

• Shower or bathe with soap before entering the hot tub
• Use clean swimwear - Never use street clothes
• Consult a physician before use if pregnant or if you have health concerns
• Limit time spent soaking (Maximum 45 minutes)
• Glass. Don't do it - Ever. Trust us.
• Do not use the hot tub if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• No children under 6 years old please
• Please close the cover of the hot tub if you are not using it

You use the hot tub at your own risk. We cannot be held liable for your safety whilst you are using the hot tub. You will be held responsible for any damages.

We would like to inform that for refunds, the amount will depend on the total payout that was received less applicable fees (Platform Service Fees and Processing Fees (Stripe)
