“Cute, cozy, inquire about use of washer machine before you go. The neighbor hood is peacefulAnd quiet and the renovations are cute.”

“Everyone has different standards of cleanliness & living conditions. PROS: Quiet neighborhood; comfortable A/C; Clean floors; Clean shower, toilet and sinks (bathroom sink was slow to drain); Host responds quickly; Motion sensor lights around outside of house; Cat friendly. CONS: Driveway is difficult for larger vehicle to get into due to no apron, narrow street and parked cars; House reeks of cigarette smoke; Vents and return vent dirty; Flooring has dips and humps; Flooring in 3rd bedroom has……

“Great well-kept home with plenty of space. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to food, shopping, etc. Will definitely book again when in the area.”

“Overall, we had a good stay. The home looked exactly like the photos and comfortably accommodated our group during a difficult time with family. The space was clean and met our needs. My only concerns were that the glass panel/door in the shower was missing, which made the bathroom less functional than expected. I also submitted a request to update the reservation to allow up to 5 guests because we had family and friends stopping by while we were grieving, but I never received a response from……

“My husband and I had a wonderful 2-night stay here. The property was incredibly clean and located in a very quiet neighborhood. It was the perfect amount of space for the two of us. We would definitely stay here again!"”

“We stayed with two young kids to visit relatives nearby and it was just what we needed! The place was just as described and pictured. The beds were comfy, the kitchen had supplies, there were a few games to play, cleaning products available, good quality towels, appreciated having a washer and dryer (but bring your own soap!). It was quiet and felt private, even though we were right next to the main house. The only minor downside was the area was not easily walkable for a morning or evening……

“Our place worked out great for what we needed. Very clean and had all provisions.”

“A clean and well-kept place for a stay. The host was communicative but not intrusive, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth. I would stay here again.”

“Very lovely stay. Clean and cute”

“The backyard is beautiful. It is a great home for families too. The kids can enjoy the backyard and the game room is very nice. The home is very nice. It’s an older home, so just a reminder that there is not as much storage as newer homes. The host is outstanding and communicates very well.”

“We wanted the hot tub the most, it was out of order. The host waited 10 min before check in to let us know. They say you have A/C but no control over it. It was way too hot during the day and way to cold at night. Also at 5 AM the motion lights beside the bedroom came on and lit up the room. That morning, come to find out that someone had been messing with our gas cap. Told the host to check ring camera. No reply. That conversation wasn't even acknowledged. They straight up replied hope you……
