Lovely apartment for 4 people, located on a quiet side street in Niedersfeld. Cycling and hiking trails begin right at your doorstep. The Hillebachsee is just a 10-minute walk away, offering excellent facilities for water skiing, wakeboarding, and sunbathing—perfect for sports enthusiasts. Winterberg is only a few kilometers away. Niedersfeld also has a bakery, bank, and butcher shop for your convenience.

This holiday accommodation is perfect for 2-4 guests. The living room features a double sofa bed, flat-screen TV, and a seating area, with access to a balcony where you can relax and enjoy the sun all day. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, and kettle. The bedroom includes a double bed and a wardrobe. The bathroom is fitted with a toilet, washbasin, and shower. Pets are welcome. Additionally, you can safely park your car in the parking garage, and there is storage space for skis and bikes.

Hochsauerland offers a perfect blend of action and tranquility for everyone to enjoy fully. Winterberg provides an ideal mix of movement, fun, and adventure, whether skiing, snowboarding, biking, tobogganing, paragliding, or simply relaxing in a wellness spa.

At some of our accommodations you can use the (communal) swimming pool or there is a swimming pool in the area. Due to the energy measures in Germany, the swimming pools are unfortunately not heated until further notice. Any existing saunas will still work as usual. We apologize for any inconvenience.
We ask for a deposit of € 100, - through a SEPA form. This will be sent to you in advance and will be filled in at check-in. With the SEPA form, you authorize us to deduct up to € 100, - if, for example, there is damage. If nothing is settled, the SEPA form will automatically lapse.

The rental price includes energy costs.

The apartment includes free use of the indoor swimming pool and use of the sauna (€ 2.00 per time).

Bed linen, final cleaning, and tourist tax are mandatory and can be found on your reservation overview and/or invoice.

Towels, kitchen textiles, and children's furniture can be rented separately on request.

Please note that young groups and parties are not allowed.
