- The village of Silbach is located very close to the town of Winterberg in an idyllic valley. Up on the southern slope of the Nordhelle mountain, Haus Sonnenstraße 21 is located in the immediate vicinity of the forest. The spacious duplex apartment (88 m²) extends over the 1st and partly 2. Floor of the house and consists of 2 bedrooms, a large living area with open kitchen, a bathroom and a spacious balcony.
The living room with the cozy seating corner and fireplace invites you to relax on cold winter days. Entertainment is provided by cable TV, music system and VCR. The dining area dominates a large family table, which is suitable both as a dining table and for long game nights. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator. The living area is followed by a large balcony. Until the afternoon the sunshine, the view of the valley and the fresh mountain air can be enjoyed here.
The lower bedroom has a comfortable double bed and a large wardrobe. The upper bedroom is located in the open studio and offers, in addition to 3 sleeping facilities also as a children's room a lot of space for playing and romping.
