Nestled between Normanville and Second Valley, just a quick 10-minute drive from each, Shoreline Escape is a serene, waterfront living with unmatched ocean views and lush hills rolling up behind. This is your chance to experience an exceptional stay in Wirrina Cove, a peaceful haven with immediate access to the iconic Fleurieu Peninsula coastline.
Embrace the captivating charm of Gulf St Vincent with front-row seats to stunning sunsets and immerse yourself in the beauty of the pristine coast.
This contemporary two-story holiday home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests across four spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. Featuring two family living areas, a large alfresco balcony which is perfect for families and groups alike.
Upstairs in the heart of the home, you will find the gorgeous open-plan living and entertaining area with floor-to-ceiling double sliding doors opening out to the extensive balcony, making a seamless transition to alfresco dining.
Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a Nespresso coffee pod machine (pods supplied) dishwasher, and all electric appliances.
Beautiful master bedroom with a king-sized bed, direct access to the balcony and its own air conditioning and TV.
Three additional bedrooms, two of which are queen size and 1 double size, are located downstairs.
You will also find the second lounge room downstairs complete with a smart tv and pull-out sofa bed.
While out and about you can Hike the Kaurna Trail, which is a scenic path along the clifftops with panoramic views of Gulf St Vincent. Also enjoy local wildlife, and dolphins often spotted just offshore. Nearby golf courses, including Links Lady Bay and New Terry (Wirrina Cove), offer even more ways to enjoy this tranquil retreat.
Important Property Conditions (This house is surrounded by permanent residents in a gated community)
- Disturbance: No parties permitted.
- Noise: Respect neighbouring residents by keeping the noise down - Guests that cause nuisance or annoyance to adjoining or neighbouring properties/occupiers will have their booking terminated immediately. No refund will be offered. Guests are to abide by the EPA Guidelines in regards to noise levels at all times.
- Parking: Space available for up to 4 cars.
