Next to dining, shopping, entertainment & sports - JustAGame Fieldhouse is just two blocks away. All other attractions (waterparks, theme parks, restaurants, etc.) are approximately a 10 minute drive away.

This conveniently located home boasts 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 7 flat screen TVs with Roku & a HEATED detached GAME ROOM! It sleeps 8 comfortably and a sofa bed provides additional accommodations for two.

The detached garage has been converted into a fun & relaxing gathering space for all ages. There’s a ping pong table, foosball, arcade games, card table and reclining movie theater chairs in front of a flat screen TV. Perfect for sports game viewings and friends, family or corporate getaways. The layout of this home is unique and versatile.

Outside, a private backyard patio with a gas grill, offers a serene spot to enjoy your morning coffee or dinner. With downtown attractions, dining, & entertainment just steps away, you`ll have endless opportunities to explore and indulge.

The divided yard consists of two separate outdoor spaces. The first is a patio with table, chairs, gas grill (propane provided) and artificially turfed play area - perfect for young kids or a small tailgate. The second provides a sport court with regulation basketball hoop.

Upon entry into the home, guests will be greeted by hardwood floors and a cozy kitchen that comes equipped with full size appliances including a dishwasher, flat top stove, fridge, toaster and microwave. A country sink, plenty of cabinets and gorgeous butcher block countertops highlight the character of the kitchen.

A dining room with quick access to the patio sits just off the kitchen. Guests don’t have to worry about missing the game day highlights as the dining table has a great view of the wall mounted flat screen TV.

Off the opposite side of the kitchen is a sitting room with a sofa bed that leads to the living room. The living room features another wall mounted TV and wrap around sectional sofa perfect for lounging. There is cozy & abundant seating for the whole fam to gather around and enjoy each others company.

The first of four bedrooms is located on the main level. It has an en suite 3/4 bath - shower, no tub - and queen size bed.

The remaining bedrooms share a full bath and are located upstairs offering privacy and individual space. One has a queen, another a king and the last two twin beds. Each has a flat screen TV with Roku.

Max occupancy is 14 w/ own sleeping arrangements. Rates are based on 8. An extra guest fee of $15 per guest per night applies.
