The room appeared clean when we arrived but when getting in the bed the sheets appeared clean but were not. The pillows all smelled like greasy head and there was a big hair ball when we pulled back the sheets. When I went to the front desk he wanted to give us a new room but I had already brought my family and our stuff into the room I just wanted fresh sheets. He gave them to me but the pillow cases still wreaked and did not smell clean.

We chose this hotel because was next to the Crystal Grand and we were going to a concert. It worked out perfect. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. The shower could use some updating. We would def stay again.

We didnt have breakfast, so i cant comment on that. It was a very nice place to stay. Very quiet and very clean. Just a short walk to our venue. We will definitely go back. Thanks for everything!!

When we first checked in, our room had an immediate and strong moldy odor. Looked in the bathroom and there appeared to be mold on the caulk in the shower. Told the front desk promptly and was moved to another room. Staff was very helpful. New room was good but we did find a large pine bug on one of the beds. Later we were in the pool area and there was hair and other debris floating in the hot tub. We have stayed at this property in the past and have always liked how clean and reasonably priced the rooms were. The cleanliness has gone downhill from last year im sad to say.

Check in was easy, counter staff was curt is curtious and polite. Hotel room and building very clean. Comfortable beds, large flat screen tv, within walking distance from the Crystal Grand Theater. Overall excellent experience

Room was both good and not so good. The bed and seating area was very good, comfortable bed and nice sofa. The shower layout was difficult to use: no place to put a wash rag or soap and felt crowded with the toilet close by. The tv and service were difficult to use and enjoy.

There was a loud, low, pulsating noise that started around 1 AM and lasted for hours. We couldn’t figure out where it was coming from and it was torture. The bed was extremely firm, like sleeping on a slab of concrete, there was a huge gap around the door that let in light, smells, and sounds. I was hoping it would be cleaner.
