Quiet, Out-of-the-Way Spot

A nice quiet spot away from the busy downtown but close enough to access easily. Smelled clean and new. VRBO lists the address across the street than where it actually is but luckily I'm familiar with the area so it was easy to find.

This was the loveliest room. All of the details like silverware, dish set, nice quality towels and linens were better than expected. Because not all of the rooms are done I wasn’t sure what to expect once I opened the door but was so very pleasantly surprised. The undone rooms had open curtains showing dead flies all along the window sills and disarray inside that was the only deterrent for me. Once inside my room I couldn’t have been happier!

Nicely updated inside the units. The outside gave me pause, but was quickly reassured as we got in the unit. I appreciated no carpet with our pets. Spacious, clean, regular sized fridge was a nice plus. We will use this property again.

Room was exactly what was advertised. Only one suggestion, perhaps an iron and board would be a good addition. Didn’t take away any stars, just a thought

Address given was for some building across the street.Once we found the correct building, we realized very quickly that we were the only ones in the entire “motel” - staying in the only rentable room which was on the second floor.The other motel rooms had missing door knobs, tons of dead flies in the window sills and in different phases of rehab. The room was really hot and stuffy. The AC started to smell like it was burning, so we quickly unplugged it.The bed and metal frame was really uncomfortable.Luckily, we only stayed one night while passing through.
