Very friendly staff. Rooms were clean and quiet. Had a couple of issues that required maintenance. Pool was out of order. The fitness center was not clean and there were no towels or products to sanitize the equipment.

Only 2 complaints. The ice machine was broken, but the front desk did provide ice for us on demand so that worked out fine. The pool was closed. This was extremely disappointing because we planned to use it a lot for PT exercises every day. Breakfast was great. Staff were excellent!

First room they gave us had an awful odor so they moved us. Second room had a dirty floor and a broken hanger in the bathroom. The AC was broken on the second floor which meant that they opened the windows to keep it cool which it did not. Our room was adjacent to the elevator on floor 2 and the grinding of the elevator going up and down most of the night kept me from sleeping. The mattresses on the double queen beds were awful - would have been more comfortable sleeping on the floor. My sister in a different room on floor one found a drawer full of trash in a nightstand including used condoms. Overall this hotel needs a lot of attention.

Everything was clean and nice. Only thing that bothered me was water leaks from bottom of door when you take a shower. I almost busted my butt coming out lol other than that it was nice and clean.
