The place was cute. The beds very comfortable. The place smelled of cigarette smoke so badly that we left and didn't stay the second night. If you can take cigarette smoke, the place is ok. My husband's cpap machine has to be cleaned.

We needed to be near the river where we were rafting the next morning and this lodge was inexpensive. The beds were clean and comfortable. That's all we cared about. We didn't even shower so we can't tell you much about that, but it had cold A/C. We had to check in at a different lodge and then back track to this hotel. There were no lights, so it was a little tough to find it.

Great stay at Lakeshore Lodge, Isabelle Lake. Amazing location right by the lake, very peaceful and beautiful views. The rooms are large, very clean, and well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even better. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Room was clean and comfortable but no maid service given between nights. Walking distance to Lake Isabella with a view from window. Remote-off-site check-in at nearby Barewood Motel after 3pm. Friendly staff. Comfortable room and bed, AC & paddle fan on ceiling kept it cool in very hot weather. Good TV choices. No breakfast provided other than coffee, so bring food, beverages, snacks or stop at a store on the way and use fridge and microwave. Restaurants 5 minute drive away in Kernville. No pool. Free parking. Quiet. I'd stay there again.
