Tucked away in a peaceful cul-de-sac in the lovely village of West End, this two-bedroom terraced house is a proper home-from-home. You’ve got convenient parking right outside, plenty of space to settle in and everything you need whether you’re staying for a few nights or making yourself comfortable for a few months.



The Space:

Step inside and there’s a handy downstairs loo — always a bonus — followed by a bright white kitchen with integrated appliances and all the essentials for self-catering. Continue through to the open-plan dining and living room, then into the conservatory, where French doors lead out to your secure, fenced garden. Perfect for morning coffees, summer dinners or simply making the most of those precious few days when Britain remembers it has a sun.



Upstairs are two comfortable double bedrooms, with one featuring a clever zip-link bed that can be arranged as either a double or two singles. There’s also a modern family bathroom, fast Wi-Fi, comfy beds and a properly equipped kitchen — basically all the ingredients for an easy stay.



This is a home, not a show home! It has been lived in, enjoyed and used as homes are supposed to be, so expect the occasional scuff, mark or little imperfection here and there. The walls haven't been kept behind velvet ropes and nobody polishes the skirting boards twice a day. What you will find is a comfortable, practical and welcoming house with everything you need to settle in and feel at home.



Once your reservation is confirmed, Smarter Rent will ask for a copy of your ID and for you to sign our House Rules. Then it’s simply a case of unpacking, putting the kettle on and deciding who gets which bedroom.
