「The room was up two flights of stairs which was not mentioned at any time. We had to lug several heavy bags up these stairs As we are older we wouldn’t have booked the room if we had known. The shower was a spa tub that required a fairly high step into. There was hair in the tub because it hadn’t been cleaned properly.
