“The property is spacious, clean, and unique. Property manager is responsive. It is about 5-10 mins from the North entrance of Joshua Tree National Park. Most of the activities we wanted to do were through the West entrance which is about 25-30 minutes away. Either way, we had a great time and we enjoyed staying in this property. Dog friendly too, so we were able to bring our animal friends. Just make sure to clean up after them!”

“We had a wonderful, restorative, and peaceful stay at Villa Dei Fiore! We wanted to get out of LA before our son went back to school and this was the perfect respite. The home is private and abuts Joshua Tree National Park. We saw so many animals and the rocks and flora were amazing.The pool is magical and we spent most of our time there watching birds fly by and lizards crawl on the rocks, while escaping the heat. The grounds are covered with rosemary and cypress, and floating in the pool……

“Perfect weekend getaway for me, my wife and our small dog. Short drive to the park entrance, local distillery and farmers market on Saturday. Property is well maintained and we enjoyed the jacuzzi during the chilly winter evenings. No TV allowed for an almost completely unplugged weekend. We did not find any thorns in the yard as mentioned by a previous reviewer, perhaps that's a summer thing.”

“This property is beautiful and feels very private despite a few nearby homes. We enjoyed ALL of the amenities: pool, hot tub, fire pit, BBQ, beautiful peaceful sunrises, full moon viewing with the telescope, and starlit skies. The home’s open floor plan allowed ease of visiting whether we were cooking dinner or all 5 of us relaxing in the living room. And there is a lot outdoor seating. It is located only about 15 minutes from Joshua Tree National Park so it was easy to go on a day hike while……

“We had a wonderful stay! The home was spacious, clean, and fully stocked with everything we needed—from the kitchen to the bathroom and all the little extras. The hot tub was spotless and perfect for relaxing under the stars, and the outdoor areas were beautifully maintained, giving us plenty of space to enjoy in any way we wanted. The location is very convenient for exploring Joshua Tree, and the hosts were friendly and responsive throughout our stay. We’d definitely love to come back!”

“Check-in was seamless and the house looks just like the photos inside and out. One thing the photos can’t capture is the expanse of the land surrounding the property. There a house next door on the driveway side (which is nice actually so you’re not 100% alone) but no direct views so it still feels very private and remote. The back and other sides of the house look out onto open land. On the property and into the horizon you’ll find palo verde, mesquite, and Joshua trees, and creosote bushes……

“We loved Sunburst Hacienda! The space is beautiful, clean, and close to Joshua Tree shops and restaurants and park entrances. Stargazing in the hammocks at night was so peaceful, we used some of the board games and had everything we needed to make a few meals in the kitchen. The VRBO photos were a bit confusing, but there are two bedrooms (1 with a king bed, 1 with two twin beds) and the converted garage with a large pull out sofa. Overall very comfortable stay for 4-6 people, and the hosts were……
