"Our room was cold, we were woken during night by the cold. We could not adjust the Aircon to make the room warmer, very disappointing. Asked to leave dining room at 10pm and take our coffees through to reception area, a little early. A little disappointing."

Durham City Cottages
"The cottages were easy to find the space small, but well set out and modern, the bed was horrible, we both had sore backs the next day, the mattress is very worn and you can feel the springs, and needs replacing, I would not recommend staying until they replace the mattress, at least in cottage 6, ..."
