"Very poor service from all the staff and they gave my room away and did nothing to comp our frustration"

"Looked nothing like the photos from the website. Some of the tiles in our room were broken and poking out, there was mold in the restroom, and the pullout bed from couch was dirty and stained. Only good thing was the staff was nice and tried to be accommodating "

"Did not use the pool or work space. Something on the bed irritated my skin. Otherwise was a good stay."

"Very noisy first night with people screaming and running in and out of rooms. On return second day found our room door left open. Hotel were apologetic but we left early and moved to another hotel."

"The front desk person needs to be more pleasant. She looked annoyed as we arrived and I had to be the one to greet her. Additionally, I called a few days later to check on my refund status and a gentleman answered and tried to mansplain to me how banks don't work on the weekends. The hotel room was fine, nothing special. Although checkout was at 11am, we had housekeeping knocking at our door at 9am. There was a side entrance to the hotel that was closer to our room when we returned to the hotel in the evening, however it did not have a door handle to be able to get in. "
