「Very cute cozy cabin in the woods. No bathroom facility in the cabin so be prepared to use compostable toilet about 40 feet away. It’s like a step down from glamping. I loved the animals on the property and there are some decent hikes there as well. Great location and close to Old Rag!」

「Very comfortable and clean space. Plenty of room for 1 or 2 people. Check in and out instructions were very detailed. Price was very affordable compared to the nicer hotels in town who were charging $200 to $300 a night. Kind of out in the country but its easy to get to and from town, pretty straight stretch. I was only there in the evenings and everything was very quiet and peaceful.」

「We had trouble with key pad it took the last day to finally get use to it. There is poor communication about were the room is located. Ours ended up On second floor which if I had been aware would not have booked there (have ashma and have trouble climbing steps. ) small ice machine with all the guest it was always empty. IT ADVERTISED AS QUIET BUT WITH NOISEY GUEST TRAIN WHISTLE AND OLDER BUILDING it was not. I think with some matenance repairs it could be a nice place.」

「We enjoyed our stay at this property and it was clean, well equipped with all the modern conveniences, and provided a nice alternative to a hotel. It was a good fit for us with our small dog and was a short drive to the places we wanted to visit. We were there for a long weekend and it is along a busy street so the only drawback was the traffic noise during the day.」

「We had a great visit to the farmhouse. The house is very clean and has a great layout for a larger family with kids. Plenty of space to be together and not feel cramped. Our hosts were responsive and helpful. We loved being outside, the yard is large with outdoor games for fun. We stargazed at night and ate all our meals on the deck. The trailheads are down the road. We really enjoyed exploring Nicholson Hollow with our kids. We are looking forward to coming again!」

「Wonderful vibes near Shenandoah National Park (~20 minute drive).
The hot tub fits well for 3-4 people, and the water feels amazing. Our favorite part!
There is a campfire with logs near it; can be difficult to start a fire if not experienced ... should come prepared with fire starters.
Bedrooms are comfortable, and there are Roku TVs with Disney+ and Netflix as well as board games for the family or friends to spend time together indoors.」
