「If you need to be on campus, this is the perfect spot! Squeaky clean, it has everything you need. The only small issue is the on-street parking which was tricky during the relays but I’m sure is better other times during the year. It was quiet and the other tenants were considerate.. loved it! 」

「All the things in this unit is fantastic Very neat and clean, fully equipped kitchen and bright bathroom to makeup. The location is fabulous, just at the downtown Des Moines, few minutes away from Hy-Vee, which has various choices for fresh veges, fruits and meat and also bus stop is nearby, too, a very convenient site. 「The apartment was just what we were looking for for a weekend in Des Moines with my daughter, and our dog. Both bedrooms were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, and the place was cozy. And it was just minutes away from the restaurants, farmers market, and other sites we want to visit. most places were under 10 minutes awa. The area was a pet friendly too with green space and nice neighborhood for walks and plenty of street parking 」

"看起来酒店有很多年的历史，被子有点旧，这几天很冷没有暖气，前台工作人员告诉我们没有暖气，但是她们提供了毛毯，酒店大堂的水流声真的很吵闹，好在隔音还不错，早餐只供应到9点，唯一的热食只有芙蓉蛋，我起床时间比较晚，8点55分到达餐厅的时候，只来的及点了一份芙蓉蛋和一杯果汁，然后她们开始收拾关闭早餐，也没有咨询我是否还需要更多的食物，因为她们准备关闭早餐供应。整体来说，性价比一般，不值得你花费180美金住宿一晚。"
