Kids will love exploring the sand dunes and rock pools, while grown-ups can explore the area’s many independent shops, surf schools and friendly pubs and restaurants. In Ilfracombe (5 miles), you can board a boat trip to the unspoilt Lundy or perhaps book a scenic cruise along the stunning coastline. If you're keen for a good leg stretch, join the coast path at Woolacombe and follow it along to dramatic beauty spots like Baggy Point Cliffs (7 miles) and Morte Point (2.5 miles), both National Trust sites with unforgettable views and wild, crashing waves.
On arrival, head through the porch and into the hallway where you can leave your coats. Off to one side is the lounge with plush sofas, patio doors and a Smart TV, great for cosy evenings in. The kitchen, complete with a dining table and sweeping ocean views, leads to a snug/games room, with smart TV, this is a lovely area for kids to spend time together. Also on this floor is a handy utility room and a convenient shower room with a WC. Head upstairs to find four bedrooms: the first features a super-king-size zip-and-link bed, fabulous sea views, a Smart TV and an en-suite shower room. The second boasts a super-king-size bed, an en-suite shower room, a Smart TV, and patio doors leading out to the balcony with seating to enjoy a morning coffee whilst admiring the countryside and sea views.
